A web dashboard where a reseller manages their own customers: creating lines, running tests, renewing subscriptions and tracking the remaining balance. It is not an app for the end customer.

How to use an IPTV reseller panel: lines, tests and renewals
This guide shows how to use an IPTV reseller panel day to day: create a customer line, run a test, renew a subscription and follow your balance. Menus differ from one panel to another, the operations stay the same. Back to the steps to start reselling.

What the panel is
After your order you receive the panel address, a username and a password. The panel opens in a web browser, on a computer or a phone; it is never installed at the customer's. The dashboard shows your balance, your lines and, on many panels, the lines that expire soon.
Creating a customer line
- 1
Open the line creation menu (often “Add”, “New line” or “Create line”).
- 2
Name the line so you can find the customer again.
- 3
Choose the duration: on a panel that counts in months, 12 months use 12 credits.
- 4
Pick the package or options if the panel offers them, then confirm.
- 5
Copy the login details and send them with the name of the app to install.
What each line duration uses
Before you confirm a line, check how many credits it will take. Panels follow one of two logics (rates published by their sellers, checked on 28 October 2026):
| Line duration | Monthly-credit panel | Yearly-credit panel |
|---|---|---|
| 1 month | 1 credit | 0.1 credit |
| 3 months | 3 credits | 0.3 credit |
| 6 months | 6 credits | 0.6 credit (0.5 on Mega) |
| 12 months | 12 credits | 1 credit |
| 24 months | 24 credits | 1.8 credits on Crystal |
On our list, one unit is one 12-month line; how it shows in your panel is explained when the access is delivered.
Line formats
| Format | What the customer gets | Typical devices |
|---|---|---|
| M3U link | One address to paste into the app | M3U-compatible apps on phones, TVs, computers |
| Xtream Codes | Server address, username, password | Most recent IPTV apps |
| MAG / MAC address | Portal address; the device is recognised by its MAC address | MAG and compatible boxes |
Tests and renewals
Most panels let you create a short test line, often limited to a few per day: create it when the customer can try it, ideally in the evening. To extend a customer, search for the line and use the renewal or extension function; the customer keeps the same login details.
When a customer cannot connect
- The line expired: check the end date in the panel.
- A typo in the login details: copy and paste instead of retyping, with no trailing space.
- Server address over https: some panels, such as Lion or Dino according to their sellers, need http.
- MAC address refused: a MAG box address starts with 00:1A:79 or 00:1B:79; check it character by character.
- Slow loading on a MAG: reduce the number of packages on the line if the panel allows it.
- Wrong format: a MAG line does not work in an app that expects an Xtream Codes login.
