    Copyright and DMCA policy

    Last updated: 28 October 2026 · Effective: 28 October 2026

    This page explains how to report to revendeuriptv content or a use that infringes your rights, in particular your copyright, and how such reports are handled. French version: signalement de contenu.

    1. What can be reported

    • A text, image or other element published on revendeuriptv.store.
    • A use of an access or a panel sold by revendeuriptv that infringes your rights.

    revendeuriptv does not claim any licence over channels or programmes. If the element you report is not on this site, say so: what can be done is explained to you in writing.

    2. Where to send a report

    Send it to signalement@revendeuriptv.store, with the subject “Report — [element concerned]”. A copy can be sent to support@revendeuriptv.store. Do not send personal data that is not needed to handle the report.

    3. Information to provide

    1. Your name, address and contact details and, if you act for the rights holder, your capacity.
    2. A precise identification of the work or right concerned.
    3. The exact address (URL) or a description that allows the element to be found.
    4. Why the element infringes your rights.
    5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

    4. Handling

    • An acknowledgement is sent when the report is received.
    • An incomplete report is answered with a request for the missing information before any review.
    • A complete report is reviewed; if it is justified, the element is removed or made inaccessible, or the access concerned is suspended.
    • The decision is given in writing to the sender and, where relevant, to the person concerned.

    5. Disputing a decision

    The person affected by a removal or a suspension can dispute it by writing to signalement@revendeuriptv.store with explanations and any evidence. The dispute is reviewed and answered in writing.

    6. DMCA notices (United States)

    Rights holders using the notice-and-takedown procedure of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act can send their notice to signalement@revendeuriptv.store. To be processed, it must include:

    1. the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorised to act on their behalf;
    2. identification of the copyrighted work (or a representative list if several works are concerned);
    3. identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (URL);
    4. your contact information: address, telephone number and e-mail address;
    5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
    6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act.

    Counter-notice. A person whose material was removed after a DMCA notice can send a counter-notice to signalement@revendeuriptv.store with: their signature, identification of the removed material and of its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that they believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, their name, address and telephone number, and their consent to the jurisdiction provided for by this procedure. The counter-notice is forwarded to the sender of the notice.

    This section describes the procedure revendeuriptv follows; it does not mean that revendeuriptv benefits from any special liability regime. Abusive or clearly unfounded notices are not acted on.

    7. Repeat infringement

    Accesses used repeatedly in breach of third-party rights or of the service rules are suspended and then terminated, as provided in the terms of use.
