    1. Purpose

    These terms of use govern access to revendeuriptv.store and the use of the revendeuriptv service. By browsing the site or using the service, you accept them. The terms of the sale itself are in the terms of sale. French version: conditions générales d'utilisation.

    2. What the service is

    revendeuriptv sells units and access to reseller panels, that is, tools to manage customer lines, with their prices shown on this site. The player apps used by end customers are third-party products not sold by revendeuriptv. revendeuriptv does not claim any licence over channels, films, series or other programmes and does not present its panels as granting such rights.

    3. Access

    Access requires an internet connection and a compatible device, at the user's expense. Panel logins are personal and confidential: you are responsible for keeping them safe.

    4. Permitted and prohibited use

    • Permitted: creating and managing your own customers' lines from your panel.
    • Prohibited: sharing your panel logins with unauthorised third parties, or reselling the logins themselves.
    • Prohibited: trying to bypass the technical limits of a panel (number of devices, duration).
    • Prohibited: any use that infringes third-party rights; the reseller remains responsible for the way they use the service and for what they offer their customers.

    5. Availability and liability

    revendeuriptv uses reasonable means to keep the service available, without guaranteeing permanent availability. Interruptions may happen for maintenance, updates or incidents, including at third parties (panel supplier, host, internet provider).

    6. Intellectual property

    The site, its structure, texts and graphics are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

    7. Suspension and termination

    If the service is used against these terms (sharing panel logins, fraud, bypassing technical limits, repeated infringement of third-party rights), access can be suspended after a warning, except in urgent cases, and terminated if it happens again. Refund rules are in the refund policy.

    8. Reporting an infringement

    If you believe an element of the site or a use of the service infringes your rights, write to signalement@revendeuriptv.store. The procedure is described in the copyright policy.
