Delivery and Activation Policy

revendeuriptv sells units and reseller panel access: nothing is shipped by post. “Delivery” means sending your panel access or adding units to your balance, within the first hour after the payment is confirmed, and within 24 hours at the latest. French version: livraison et activation.

1. What you receive

First order: the panel address, a username and a password.
Repeat order: the units added to your existing balance.
The order summary: panel, number of units, amount paid.

2. How and when

You send the pre-filled order on WhatsApp.
You pay by bank card, Taptap Send, Western Union or bank transfer.
The support confirms that the payment has been received.
The access or the units are sent on WhatsApp or by e-mail, usually within the first hour; the maximum time is 24 hours.

3. Information needed

First order: the chosen panel and how to reach you (WhatsApp or e-mail).
Repeat order: your reseller account username on the panel concerned.
Never give your password or full bank details to the support.

4. Getting started

Creating lines, tests and renewals are explained in the guide on how to use the panel. Before a volume order, you can ask for a test line on the panel you want; the test length depends on the panel.

5. Access not received or not working

Check your spam folder if it was sent by e-mail.
Copy and paste the login details instead of retyping them.
If nothing has arrived 24 hours after the payment is confirmed, write on WhatsApp or to support@revendeuriptv.store with the payment reference: you can then ask for delivery or for cancellation and a refund (see the refund policy).
