    • WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and message content when you write to us. The site itself records nothing: the button opens WhatsApp.
    • Order and service: chosen panel and number of credits, price, order date, acceptance of the terms and of immediate delivery, payment method used, payment reference, generated access and support exchanges. Without this data the order cannot be carried out.
    • Payment: the site collects no card number or bank login. Payment (bank card, Taptap Send, Western Union, bank transfer) is made with the institution or service you use; we only receive the confirmation and the payment reference.

    3. Purposes and legal bases

    • Handling your order, delivering the access or units and providing support: performance of the contract or steps taken at your request before it.
    • Answering your questions and test requests: steps taken at your request before a contract.
    • Keeping order and payment records: the seller's accounting and tax obligations.
    • Keeping the site secure and working (technical logs): legitimate interest in protecting the site and preventing abuse.
    • Handling a report or a complaint: legitimate interest and, where relevant, the seller's legal obligations.

    No automated decision or profiling is carried out, and your data is not used for targeted advertising.

    4. Recipients

    Messages exchanged on WhatsApp are processed by WhatsApp under its own terms, possibly outside your country.

    The host named above may process technical logs outside your country of residence. When data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the safeguards offered by the provider concerned (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).

    6. Retention

    • Support exchanges: as long as needed to handle the request and follow the relationship.
    • Order data and payment records: for the business relationship, then for the period required by accounting and tax obligations.
    • Report or complaint data: while it is handled and for any follow-up.
    • Host technical logs: according to the host's policy.

    7. Your rights

    You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, receive it in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt.
